[TWIG][Cards] Fullname is now displayed as the note author, nickname as an identification.

[CONTROLLER][Security] Fullname is set on resgistration to enable it to be shown by default in notes.
[CONTROLLER][UserPanel] Fullname extra step added.
[CSS] Fullname and nickname representation work.
