Subject: [PATCH] Elide_Tags

Make "#sanfrancisco", "#SanFrancisco", "#san_francisco", "#San.Francisco", and "#SAN-FRANCISCO" all link to http://identi.ca/tag/sanfrancisco but preserve appearance
