46f98b3142 [VersionBump] 1.19.0, fairly late 
The core plugins whose version was attached to GS's were reseted to 2.0.0.

2.0.0 was chosen as reset version for plugins because it is higher than
  the one that was set by inheriting GS version. Furthermore, it's a
  major change from prior plugin versioning system thus it also makes
  semantic sense.

d6ca90bb21 Partly revert 97830b0701 (thanks _MrB_) 
require_once lines were required since _plugins_ don't __autoload

Also, Realtime would load the wrong URL for css/js since $this->name()
returns get_class($this) instead of the calling class' __CLASS__.

7c3b320a7a Allow Meteor plugin to be configurable via configuration database or file. 
As there's no admin control panel yet, this is mainly meant for batch administration and using setconfig.php
