[OStatus] Port remote-follow to the RemoteFollow plugin

OStatusPlugin:
- Stop adding the remote-follow button
- Subscribe to required RemoteFollow plugin events
- Drop main/ostatussub route and update urls to the main/RemoteFollowSub route
- Bump plugin minor version number
actions/ostatusgroup,
actions/ostatuspeopletag:
- Update urls to the main/RemoteFollowSub route
lib/util:
- Port required functions from OStatusSubAction and adapt to be used with the new events

OStatusSub should use inherent attributes
...
No need to make several common_current_user calls and then getProfile
directly after that, since we have stuff like $this->scoped.

Switch things from calling Group_member::join & leave & calling events manually to running through Profile::joinGroup() && Profile::leaveGroup(), with the events encapsulated.

Fix regression in OStatus remote group subscribe -- a bug was previously masked silently (call to nonexistent getProfileUrl() method on User_group -- now replaced with homeUrl() which does the thing we wanted here)

Separate the UI paths for ostatussub and ostatusgroup. They'll redirect to each other transparently if they find you've put a remote entity of the other type.
