Plugin to prevent use of nicknames or URLs on a blacklist

Installation
============
add "addPlugin('Blacklist');"
to the bottom of your config.php

Settings
========
nicknames: Array of nicknames to blacklist
urls: Array of URLs to blacklist

$config['blacklist']['nicknames'] = array('bad_nickname', 'worse_nickname');
