* found some duplication in the large "Commands:" messages. Manually removed from the pot file, and then updated. Have to ask someone if I can just rebuild the complete pot from scratch, or if --join-existing is always needed (and if so, why). File appears to contain at least some dirt.
scripts/update_translations.php now pulls updated files from TranslateWiki and merges them to an updated master.
Note that the .po files exported from TranslateWiki do lose some of the old manual comments for now.
Removed some non-matching fuzzy entries in mk, tr, zh_TW that prevented .mo regeneration by triggering "fatal errors" from msgfmt
Rebuilt all .mo files, fixing total breakage for four languages:

We sometimes need to specify a country when setting a locale but the system knows how to grab the generic dir, and that seems to play better with translation tools such as transifex
* el_GR - Greek localization updates
* he_IL - one additional Hebrew message, removed two fuzzies that gettext doesn't like
* is_IS - added new Icelandic localization file from Pootle
* nb_NO - Norwegian Bokmål updates
* zh_CN - a few Chinese message updates
